“We’re given these wild imaginations while being trapped in a world that can never live up to them” - June from “Welcome to Horizon”

I want to fly with no restrictions,

No visas, tickets, or even planes,

Let me -

Grow wings or build a machine that will take me far far away.

Let Caprisun be the only fuel and desire - the only engine.

I want to free-fall knowing that I will be caught, I want to –

Talk to my dog,

Kiss a frog,

Be able to –

See through a fog

Clear a smog

And be on the cover of every single Vogue catalog.

I want to be –

An Avatar,

A Na’vi that,

Jumps through the trees,

Plant seeds that bloom into Eywa’s,

And harvest the seas.

I want to free an orca just like in Free Willy,

To prove myself that I actually have some free will

I want to be that Orca,

So I can finally be freed

From the prison of my own imagination

That creates a perfect world with no lies,

Turns prisons into schools

And knives into butterflies

Makes me wonder why -

Aren’t we able to fly,

With no visas,

Tickets,

Or even Planes.

Just by growing wings.

I want to be freed
